While the fridge couldn't be repaired owing to its age and the nature of the fault, George was very helpful in identifying a replacement that would fit the door split of the carcase. He also arranged delivery of a replacement at our convenience.

David the engineer advised when he would arrive to repair my washer/dryer. He was very efficient, showed me what was the problem and the very low meter reading, replaced the part and then showed me the new higher meter reading. He ran the machine to test it and wiped it down. He was pleasant, polite and I am happy to recommend the service you offer.

Engineer arrived on time after phone call to say he was on his way, job sorted and tumble dryer has been working well since. Was advised to call again if the problem persists as they can then order a new console if necessary. Engineer also said that the repair is guaranteed for 6 months. Pleasant and painless experience and relieved that I don’t need to replace machine even though it’s 9 years old 😀
